Warehouse clerk / warehouse logistics specialist or career changer (f/m/d) in international commodity trading with administrative tasks
You will be jointly responsible for the independent completion of all warehouse work and support your colleagues in order processing and the management in the fulfilment of their tasks.
Important for this position: We attach great importance to a very careful, conscientious way of working and good written and spoken German, as you will be working with sensitive goods and important documents.
The position is to be filled full-time.
Your area of responsibility:
Incoming goods: You accept the goods, check and sort them - mainly metals.
Storage and transport: You store and transport the materials at our various locations.
Repacking: You repack the goods and put together customer orders properly.
Order picking: You pick and pack the goods.
Dispatch processing: You hand over the consignments to transport companies, including the correct accompanying documents.
Inventory: You will help prepare inventories and assist with their implementation.
You will be formally employed by our partner company METLOCK.
You inspire us with this
Training or experience: Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist. We also expressly welcome career changers.
Knowledge of dangerous goods: Ideally experience in handling hazardous goods.
Languages: Good knowledge of German, at least level B2.
Driving licence: Class B driving licence; ideally also a truck or forklift licence.
Working method: You are reliable and flexible, you keep an overview even under time pressure and act responsibly.
Confidentiality: Discreet, professional handling of sensitive company data is a matter of course for you.
