Your area of responsibility
Reception: Staffing the reception desk and welcoming and supporting business partners.
Telephone switchboard: Acceptance and forwarding of incoming calls.
Office organisation: Management of incoming and outgoing mail as well as the central e-mail inbox, checking of incoming invoices, coordination of appointments and support in day-to-day operations.
Ordering system: Processing orders for office supplies and work equipment.
Meeting and event management: Occupancy and planning of meeting rooms; preparation and follow-up of appointments such as workshops, seminars, company events, including the preparation of minutes.
Data maintenance: Entry and maintenance of master data in the system.
Project support: Takeover and management of departmental projects as required.
