- The organiser of the customer survey competition is TRADIUM GmbH (hereinafter referred to as TRADIUM).
- All natural persons aged 18 and over who are registered with TRADIUM as private customers or have been registered for at least 12 months prior to the closing date and who have provided their e-mail address are eligible to take part.
- Companies and employees of TRADIUM and their family members are excluded from participation.
- To take part in the customer survey competition, participants must take part in TRADIUM's customer survey on ProvenExpert and submit a review with a written testimonial, stating their first name and surname in the corresponding field. By participating, participants accept the publication of this information as well as the data protection provisions of TRADIUM and ProvenExpert and the TRADIUM conditions of participation.
- The personal data collected during participation will be used exclusively for the purposes of organising the competition, determining the winners and notifying them. It will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the realisation of the competition.
- Participation in the customer survey competition is only possible once per person.
- The winner will be drawn from all the reviews submitted with first and last names. The lot decides.
- The technology metal germanium (min. 99.999%) worth 250 euros will be raffled off. The tangible asset will be credited to the winner's portfolio. The winning amount will be finalised on the last day of the competition. The value determined at this time is decisive. There will be no subsequent adjustment.
- The winner will be notified by email within 30 days of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted under the first and last name provided or if the winner does not confirm the prize within 14 days of the prize notification being sent, the prize will be passed on to the alternate winner. The prize of the original winner will be forfeited.
- TRADIUM accepts no liability for the winner's tax obligations.
- Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
- Participation via competition organisations, agencies or automated services is excluded.
- The closing date for entries is 31 April 2025.
- No liability is accepted for loss of data, particularly in the course of data transmission and other technical defects.
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the possible judgement of the submitted evaluations.
