Non-accessible content
The contents listed below are not barrier-free for the following reasons:

• PDF documents: Some of our PDF documents are not barrier-free. We are working on adapting these as quickly as possible or providing accessible alternatives.
• Videos: Some of our embedded videos do not currently have subtitles. We will endeavour to add subtitles to all videos in the future.
• Images without alternative text: Some images on the website have no alternative text. We check and update this content on an ongoing basis.

Barriers due to economic unreasonableness

Some barriers on our website cannot be removed in the short term for reasons of economic reasonableness. These include

• Complex interactive applications e.g. games: Certain interactive applications and special functions on our website require considerable financial and human resources to make them fully accessible. We are constantly looking at ways to improve, but due to the high costs involved, we cannot remove all barriers immediately. (List of features that are not accessible.)
• Historical content: Older content that was created before the current accessibility guidelines came into force may not be fully accessible. Subsequent adaptation of this content would require disproportionately high expenditure. However, new content is created according to the current standards.
